The Peoples Court

How To Become a Member

Membership in our Court of Record is open to any Texas man or woman who has come of full age and recognizes that he or she was granted dominion over all of God’s creation, so long as he or she chooses to accept that gift and the responsibilities that come with it. We intend no harm to the people who are administering the corporations currently masquerading as our governments. However, we do not recognize that those legal fiction corporations or those operating in their name have any authority over us.

We are living women and men who operate on the land of the republic where we live. We do not deal with attorneys or any other legal fiction titles. We deal only with other living people. As such, anyone domiciled on Texas soil is welcome to become a member of our Court of Record. However, we require that any prospective member make a serious commitment, under oath and in writing, as we have done, to Almighty God, the Father, to the pursuit of Truth and Justice, to ourselves, and to our fellow men and women, their sons and daughters.

While you may have in the past unwittingly signed corporate documents in ignorance, we are unwilling to work with those who remain ignorant or who are uncertain as to their loyalties. We therefore require for membership in RTCACL, that you correct the legal effect of your past signatures, or the signatures of others purportedly made on your behalf, as to specific corporate documents which may arguably have rendered you a corporate asset or chattel. To become a member of RTCACL, your prior signatures, generally induced in the past by fraud, should be corrected in the following particulars:

Rescission of voter registration

Documents wherever they may be “registered”. By consenting to be a “registered voter” you may be deemed to have surrendered a large portion of your God-given rights of sovereignty to the corporate STATE.

Repudiation of “citizenship”

In the cabal of corporations known as UNITED STATES or STATE OF TEXAS, or others. This includes all of their subsidiaries, affiliates, alter egos, and franchises.

Rebuttal of any Presumptions

Which may be deemed to have been created by the birth registration documents created using the all caps spelling of your birth name.

You can find the status-correction documents from our members on the Status Documents section of this website. They may be used for guidance, but you must do your own work and your own research. When you believe your documents are complete and before arranging for service, please send what you have to the administrative clerk at rtcommonlawcourt@rtcacl.net.
